Pre-Competition:
Participations can enter the competition pre-game by paying a minimum of $1 or $2 entry donation to the Everyday Hero Page set up by Netball Tasmania to raise funds for the Heart Foundation see link here: https://give.everydayhero.com/au/netball-tasmania-support-the-heart-foundation participants can print their donation receipt off The Everyday Hero site as proof of entry on the day at the Silverdome. Please ensure your receipt is entered into the entry box at the door at the Silverdome.
Game Day:
Participations can alternatively enter the competition on entry to the game on Match day. Participants make a minimum $1 or $2 donation to the appointed Heart Foundation person at the front entry. The gold coin donations will go to the Heart Foundation to raise funds for the Heart Foundation see link here http://heartfoundation.org.au/ participants can print their donation receipt off the everyday her site as proof of entry.
Participants write their phone number and name on their receipt and pop it into the entry box at the game on the day to go in the draw to win a Travel Lodge accommodation voucher and Fernwood Fitness voucher to the value of more than $300.00
Post Competition:
Photos will be posted to our Facebook page after and the winner being decided at the end of half time.

The promoter of this competition is: Netball Tasmania whose registered office is at Blundstone Arena 15 Derwent St, Bellerive TAS 7018

Employees of Netball Tasmania or Netball Australia or their family members are not permitted to enter the competition.

There is an at least a $1 entry fee necessary to enter this competition.

Closing date for entry will be half time at the Match on round 13 the 19th of June 2016. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: 1 Prize and prize winner drawn from a box on by the Heart Foundation and Netball Tasmania. The winner of the prize must be 16 years or over by the 19th of June of June 2016, if the winner is under 18 an adult must accept the prize with them. If a child enters the competition then they must leave their parent or guardians name on the Everyday Hero site.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be drawn by the Heart Foundation’s Happy Heart on the day of the match on the 19th of June 2016. A Netball Tasmania staff member will witness the judging and make sure the below criteria are adhered to. The entrants must satisfy the below criteria for judging:

The winner will be notified at the match and the prize will be received at this time.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
