Tasmania Wild

The Tasmania Wild Team is Tasmania's elite netball team representing the pinnacle of the high-performance pathway.

In 2025, the Tasmania Wild will compete in the Super Netball Reserves (SNR) Finals weekend against teams in the second half of the ladder (those not participating in top 4 finals).

Ahead of the finals weekend, the Tasmania Wild, Capital Darters (ACT), and Territory Storm (NT) will compete in a Play-In Tournament to determine seeding ahead of the SNR Finals weekend. Dates, location and further details will be confirmed soon. 

 Trials for the 2025 Tasmania Wild will involve an open-trial process with players required to register to attend trials during the registrations period (see key dates below).

Key dates:

• Tuesday 22 April: Trial registrations OPEN

• Wednesday 30 April: Trial registrations CLOSE

• Sunday 4 May: Tasmania Wild Open Trials – Silverdome

Coaching and Team Manager Expressions of Interest

Netball Tasmania is now accepting expressions of interest for our 2025 Tasmania Wild Coaching Staff and Team Manager positions ahead of the 2025 Tasmania Wild Program commencing.

In 2025, the Tasmania Wild will be competing against teams from across the country in a tournament scheduled from Sunday 15 – Sunday 22 June 2025 with further tournament details to be announced by Netball Australia.
***please note that if successful, applicants will be required to attend all Tasmania Wild court sessions (4 in total) leading into the tournament. 

2025 Tasmania Wild Assistant Coach:
-	Accreditation level required: Intermediate.
-	Accreditation level desired: Working towards Advanced Accreditation.

2025 Tasmania Wild Team Manager:
-	Required: current Working with Vulnerable People Card and Driver’s License.
-      Previous team manager experience at TNL or Tasmania State Team is preferable
