The Tasmanian representative side currently sit second on the ladder, trailing Vic Fury by just 4% – shaping up next weekend’s last regular fixture match to be a good one.
The team will need to turn their focus third placed Canberra Giants first, with two matches this weekend at the ACT Netball Centre in Canberra.
This weekend will be a tough two games, said centre court player Shelby Miller.
“We are just going to go in like we have every other week and focus on our game plan and the process rather than the end results”
“The SSN girls won’t be dropping back on the Saturday, so it will be a team effort by all the Tassie Magpies games over both games.”
“The break was great for refreshing everyone mentally and physically, but we are all back more motivated and focus” she said.
The team plays their first match tonight [Friday] at 6:00pm and tomorrow [Saturday] also at 6:00pm.
