Netball Tasmania would like to congratulate inaugural Hall of Fame inductee Josh Bowring and 2022 inductee Rachael Stebbings who have been selected in the Netball Australia High Performance Umpire Squad for 2023. Additional congrats to Rachael for also gaining ITID status from World Netball. We know you will both do Tasmania proud!
The program will have a focus on further developing the nation's elite umpires, supported by quality resources and combined with an emphasis on high-performance behaviours, values, and disciplines on and off the court.
