Netball Tasmania is proud to announce the launch of a brand-new Woolworths NetSetGo program, bringing together five Hobart clubs and the Southern Tasmanian Netball Association for the first time to deliver an eight-week introductory netball experience for the state's youngest players.
The initiative marks a significant step in strengthening grassroots netball participation across Hobart, pooling resources, coaching expertise and facilities from four clubs to give more children access to a high-quality entry point into the sport.
Woolworths NetSetGo is netball's official junior development program, designed for children aged 5 to 10, focused on building fundamental movement skills, confidence and a love of the game in a fun, inclusive environment.
Over the eight weeks, participants will rotate through skill stations, mini games and team activities led by qualified coaches, culminating in a celebration session showcasing what they've learned.
