Netball Tasmania is proud to run a series of grants to support netball associations, clubs and individuals to access financial support each calendar year.In 2024, three grant categories were offered; Technology, Equipment and Coaching. In total, the grant funding on offer for 2024 was $23,000 across the three categories. This money is directly invested back into the netball community in Tasmania.
The Equipment Grants are for the purchase of netball equipment to assist in the delivery of training sessions, carnivals, match play and general participation initiatives. The following clubs and associations applied for and were successful in receiving an Equipment Grant in 2024.

The Technology Grants assists clubs and associations through the purchase of tablet devices to implement e scoring at their association. The benefits of e-scoring via PlayHQ includes streamlining immediate access to live scores and results, largely eliminating post-match data entry, and automatically capturing matches played and shooting statistics with the use of one tablet and an e-scorer. The following clubs and associations applied for, and received Technology Grants;

The final grant category is the Coaching Grants, the purpose of this grant is to allow individuals the ability to apply for financial assistance for their personal development as a coach by undertaking the Development coaching course. There were six total coaching grants awarded to individuals.
