Governance in Clubs Workshops

This workshop is more advanced in nature and as the title suggests deals with how the committee demonstrates leadership both within itself and for the broader club  community (and indeed the wider community). The topics have been developed (as has been noted) as a result of the successful series of workshops of the same nature in 2023 and would include:

i. The Committee and Leadership (including a recap of the roles of committee

members);

ii. Building a strong committee ‘team’;

iii. Setting goals and objectives and strategic planning for the club; and

iv. Effective communication and managing conflict
