While competition is suspended amidst COVID-19, we encourage all members of the netball community to #stayinworkout.
Keeping fit and healthy will help everyone return to the court with sharp footwork and energy to burn. Practicing ball skills and drills aims to help you work with team mates to achieve goals together once it's safe to return to play.
Our social media platforms will link you here to view new content or save this site in bookmarks to see new #stayinworkout programs as they are added.
